PANORAMA HERBERG is located among the Suikerbosrante on the North side of Krugersdorp, near Roodepoort.

The climate is pleasant, not freezing cold in winter and not sweltering hot in summer.

Here live our happy residents, each safely at home in a one or two bedroom apartment, each with its own bathroom.

There is a kitchen sink and space for a fridge. A microwave oven and air fryer are allowed.

A comfortable lifestyle for the young as well as the old, residents become friends with each other's interests at heart.

Assisted Living is a unique concept of retirement that was originally noticed in America, where it is known as Assisted Living.

People live here like in a hotel.

People who do not keep house themselves or feel they have done their share in life in terms of housekeeping, will fit in very well here.

Your self-furnished one or two bedroom apartment or room is thoroughly cleaned regularly by well-trained staff and three tasty meals are provided daily.

The staff is always friendly and helpful.

At a small cost, help is offered with dressing, making the bed, combing hair, nails etc.

Persons who feel they would like to communicate with their contemporaries and dispel loneliness will find here what they are looking for.

Services

Various services are offered at a reasonable monthly charge:

1. 3 meals per day are available. Only lunches are compulsory.

2. Laundry service.
3. Cleaning service twice a week.
4. Hairdresser.

5. Regular togetherness times are in place, e.g. Rummycup, Bingo, Puzzle building, Crafting together, Hanging out, etc.
6. Guest rooms are available on site and can be booked at reasonable rates.
7. Weekly transport minibus for shopping at the nearby Checkers Centre.
8. During illness, meals are sent to the apartment.
9. Church services and Bible study are offered.
10. A restaurant is on site.
11. Sports facilities: A tennis court, putt-putt, heated indoor swimming pool, gymnasium. To help cover maintenance, these facilities are offered at a small fee.

12. A library.
13. There is also a full clinic with hospital care on site.

Buy on a sectional title basis

Residents and buyers will soon also have the option to buy on a sectional title basis.
